Todd Hingsbergen - Owner

Todd worked in the corporate world for over 20 years in marketing, analytics, and sales support. Todd takes care of the home inspections and property maintenance. His attention to detail ensures a detailed home report for our clients.

Todd has been trained by the National Home Watch Association.

Jen Hingsbergen - Owner

As a former kindergarten teacher, taking care of others comes naturally to Jen. Jen takes care of the day to day business, marketing, and client relations. Jen makes sure our clients are well taken care of.

Our Story

We are Todd & Jen Hingsbergen. In April of 2019,we came to SGI for our anniversary and fell in love! We noticed a need for homeowners that do not rent their homes as well as those who self- manage their rental properties to have services available to them when they are off site. We offer several packages to meet your specific needs.
