We started using Not Forgotten Home Watch to monitor our home as we are away for long stretches of time. From the first phone call we knew we made a good choice. Todd is incredibly conscientious, thorough and thoughtful while checking our home. He looks for the obvious signs of trouble but gives an incredibly detailed report on what he finds in our house, including pictures! This isn’t just the “inspect for mold, pests and water” inspection. He looks for ANY signs of trouble in the house. This happens on every visit and we have him check on the house every 2 weeks. And as we are new to the area he even offers great tips on things we should know about living in this climate. Needless to say, we are very happy with our decision to use Todd to care for our home and would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering his services.

I wanted to give a review for Not Forgotten Home Watch owned by Todd and Jen Hingsbergen. We took our home off of the rental market after almost twenty years because we wanted to come down much more often. The challenge was that the previous rental management company handled things like checking on the house, air filter and light bulb replacement, checking on water leaks, etc. Since we aren't there all of the time we needed someone to take this over. We tried a couple other options and we were not getting what we needed. Luckily I found Todd and Not Forgotten Home Watch. Todd comes to the house on a scheduled basis and has been nothing short of phenomenal! Each time he takes pictures of areas of concern and checks every toilet and sink for leaks, HVAC, sitting water, and basically does a full inspection each time. He also helps to find other contractors and specialists if needed and will meet someone at the house if desired. I cannot say enough about his service. It is much more than I ever expected and would highly recommend to any owner that is not a full time resident. Houses should never be left alone for too long and I can sleep well at night knowing Todd is inspecting the house regularly! I would give him 6 stars out of 5!!
